Lets face it, when you’re on a diet or bulking we always get into a routine and eat the same food day in and day out and it gets rather boring. I try to learn or create new recipes for myself all the time so I don’t get stuck in that boring eating routine of egg whites and porridge for breakfast every single morning. Let’s change that! Today I’ll teach you how to make protein pancakes with minimal ingredients and it’s so easy that anyone can enjoy them. These will taste better if used in a blender.

First blend the oats, this will make them finer and give the pancakes a better consistency. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend fully until you have a nice consistent batter mix. Have your pan on and ready at a medium heat. Pour the mix onto the pan and give them a few minutes each side until full cooked.
Optional Extra:
A lot of American pancake stacks come with a big blob of whipped cream and strawberry jam over the top. We are creating a healthy recipe so we can’t use those ingredients. Instead lets use 2 tablespoons of Fage no fat Greek yogurt and one tablespoon of reduced sugar strawberry jam. Place the yogurt in on top of the pancakes, then drizzle the jam over them also.
Delicious!
